If you asked this question 10 years ago, the first thing that came to mind was to repeat the target keyword several times in different spaces of the page.
Interestingly, this method also worked, and after a while, the desired page took place in the results, your keyword came to the first page, and the site traffic increased strangely. But this story had a sad ending!
Why did keyword repetition become the forbidden apple of SEO?
Later, when this method proved to be effective, everyone started implementing it; Not once, not many times, but most sites referred to this method as an integral part of SEO.

Keyword stuffing happens when you have a misconception. This belief tells us that in order to get to the first page in a phrase like “SEO Principles in Article Writing”, we have to repeat this phrase exactly several times on the page. In this case, Google will understand what we have for our page and the chances of being on the first page for our site will increase.
But this view has a big bug:
Google has now become so smart that if you do not choose a target keyword for the page, Google bots themselves will notice the subject of your page (of course, we recommend that you have a target keyword for your site)
